ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL 🤩 An oasis in the city, a true gem, and amazing experience. The staff were wonderful, attentive, and very kind. A one of a kind place that must be visited if you have plans to stay in Merida for a bit. The sounds of the birds, gorgeous plants, and amenities are something to see. The pools were cleaned daily and the staff took great care of the Hacienda. Highly recommend staying here as it is something to see, feel, and experience. A++++
This hacienda is beautifully maintained. While I was there I saw lots of people working on the grounds and pools. I didn't know you needed an appointment for the restaurant however they were nice enough and let me in anyways. This was my first time in a hacienda, it is definitely a wonderful place. The pictures don't justify how pretty this place is. The food is great and on the pricey side but worth it. The server took the order, 30 minutes later he showed up with the food and never came back to check on us. There's definitely room for improvement on this because the restaurant was completely empty. Other than that the place is highly recommended.
A walk into history. Beautiful old hacienda of the region's glorious days. The atmosphere is just glamorous. Diner at the patio was awesome. Good service by local staff. The Lime Soup was delicious. Typical yucatecan dishes. The rooms are spacious.
