This place is great if you want something incredibly loud and outdated. There was no glass in the window in the bathroom which was on the street side, causing a lot of noise in the room. It is one block away from Senior Frogs, which goes until about 3:00 a.m. and you can hear all of what they're doing in your bedroom. The front desk person was extremely nice when we got in, she even gave us three pesos from her purse because we did not have coins for parking. The rest of the staff was mediocre at best. When we went down for breakfast we saw that it was a cold piece of toast and black coffee, when you book the room it says breakfast included so we thought there would be a little more. When I asked the young lady what was included she was incredibly snotty. We couldn't cancel our second night with them, but decided to stay elsewhere and eat the cost. I only recommend this place if you don't need to sleep, if you're trying to be out partying all night, this is a good place for you. It was fairly expensive after paying the $35 tax at the front desk after already paying for the room and taxes on Priceline.
If you have an option to choose somewhere else you should definitely go elsewhere. I'm honestly beyond disappointed with the entire ordeal and will describe what happens to be the worst place I've ever stayed and you should know that I've stayed in the YMCA and a shelter. This property was a farce from the moment I walked in. Within moments of walking in the room and seeing that it was dirty and nothing like what a 4star paradise hotel should be like I immediately contacted Expedia as they said to discuss my issues with them and not the hotel ended up taking a week to say they couldn't help me do any and offered $75 to compensate the issues I was dealing with. As I was preparing to confront the hotel after Expedia did nothing staff had a conversation in the hall by my door which was regarding a refund and management said no refunds as business is business. I was trapped in this hotel with cockroaches unable to flush toilet paper in the toilets only allowed two pieces of bread for breakfast horrible wifi that cut out 20 times a day no hot water a broken bed that was beyond unbearable dust and painted mold. I booked on the reviews and the pictures but took pictures from angles that looked good and then what's actually there. Very disappointing as this was our first vacation abroad seeing that we have nine children and never had the ability to have a vacation seeing that COVID-19 caused us to cancel our last attempt and it took years to be in a position to be able to regain the ability to make it feasible for us to go. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who wants a 4star feel. If I could rate this place stars isn't something I would use. One of the most insulting things was the fact that no one could communicate in English when I needed something or wanted to resolve anything but when I left they understood English perfectly. If I can prevent anyone from having to endure this place as an upscale business and have you knowing you're about to stay at a motel then I did my part.
Disgusting! Its the worse hotel we ever stayed. It smelled really bad... even after a 11h flight, we couldnt sleep because of the smell and because the sheets looked dirty...we couldnt even take a shower because the bathroom was awful too and the towels didnt seem clean. The room had a kind of a couch full of stains 🤢. The fridge made loud noises all night.. and the breakfast... well... was some cold toast with butter or jam and a juice. Dont stay here! Its really bad!
