Hacienda Sian Kaan Meals Cooks & butler included

We were fortunate enough to stay here while visiting Tulum. Jaime De la Paz set us up here during our stay at Hotel Umi as this is another property in their hospitality groups growing portfolio. The villa is huge and sits between the ocean and a lagoon in a jungle on a biosphere reserve. It is totally secluded and private, but we never felt unsafe. We had everything we needed as Jaime arranged a private chef for us and made sure we had transportation service to and from the villa when we needed it. To say it was an unforgettable experience would be a massive understatement.

This is our second house we rented in Sian Kaan and Roberto and his team from Antal Real Estate could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond!! They got us food from restaurants, brought our rental scooters to the house and were on call 24/7 even during New Year’s Eve. Anything we asked for they responded immediately and made sure we got what we needed. This location is absolutely stunning, views of the beach and the lagoon are the best we have seen. You are right on the beach! The road isn’t great so I would rent an SUV, Roberto and team will provide. Great team!!

I had the opportunity to stay at MAM when I was in Tulum in 2019 and it is one of the most special memories of my trip. Watch the sunset over the lagoon from the terrace and go straight to the beach to watch the sunrise. Relaxing in the pool after spending all day diving in the cenotes. It's amazing how you can be so isolated but close to the Tulum beach area at the same time. Next time I hope to return longer and with friends, because the place is a place to stay and lose track of time.
