We spent a wonderful vacation in the apartment. The location is simply unbeatable – right on the harbor with a magnificent view of the water. The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished, yet still cozy and homey. Everything was super clean and in top condition. We particularly liked the spacious balcony, where we spent many relaxing hours. The amenities left nothing to be desired – from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds, everything was perfect. We can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and would gladly return!

Right from the start: I'd be happy to come back, because I've rarely enjoyed such a wonderful vacation apartment! This vacation apartment, furnished with attention to detail, truly offers everything a freedom-loving traveler could wish for: great and extensive amenities, an unobstructed, romantic view, including the evening sun, of the Peene River and the marina, which, in addition to the fish market, also offers boat tours (high season), two restaurants, and a diverse range of activities. The apartment's website is transparent and well-described. Even in inclement weather, you can spend time on one of the two balconies, simply relaxing in a hanging chair with a pillow and blanket. The apartment certainly has the best location in the entire complex! We spent the fall break there with our daughter and friend, and the two teenagers loved having their own room with a double bed and their own bathroom. They also easily reached Karlshagen Town with its shops and Baltic Sea beach by bike. A bike rental is within walking distance. Our dog was allowed to come along, and he also enjoyed the direct walking paths through the greenery, and the surrounding dog beaches are also not to be underestimated. We would have liked to have an electric (fast) charging station nearby, but this is of course not the responsibility of the very accommodating hosts, who are also happy to provide tips about Karlshagen and the entire island. However, the apartment offers its own parking space directly behind the building. Please treat this wonderful, maritime apartment as if it were your own property!

A wonderfully cozy vacation apartment, lovingly furnished in a modern style by the hosts. It's in a very romantic location with a fantastic view of Karlshagen Harbor. We felt very comfortable throughout and would love to come back. There are two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. We were very satisfied!
