We appreciated the private parking and security 24/7. The lobby areas are beautiful and breakfast was very tasty. The gentleman serving breakfast was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very cute. The only thing is that the room felt a little bit dumb as there wasn’t enough ventilation.
A very nice hotel in the perfect location for us. We love the courtyard layout for parking which makes for quiet suites. The breakfast is prepared the way you want and is very good. The hotel let us plug in our PHEV car using our own charging cable (110v) which was an added reason for us to stay there.
I'm at this hotel as a conference speaker. When I first arrived I was not at all happy. The room had an AC unit that sounded like a sick truck, and the wifi was 1 bar at best. But they moved me to another room that resolved those issues. The room is comfortable, but with little inconsistencies. The bed is great—a little on the hard side but I like it. Shower only (no tub). But there are little things like a non-working alarm clock and non-existent smoke detector, that one comes to expect in Mexico. Still, the service is great and courteous, and I've enjoyed my stay.
