Hagia Sofia Mansions Istanbul Curio Collection by Hilton

Amazing 5 star experience. We stayed at Mansions Hagia Sophia for three amazing days. First, it is a spectacular location. Steps from the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque in the heart of the old city. The rooms were basically a three story home, with good sized rooms and a bathroom that was like a spa. The Traditional Turkish breakfast was a treat. But the highlight was the service. From the golf cart that met us to get our bags the outstanding welcome to the ceremonial goodbye, it felt like we were royalty. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique experience.

Absolutely excellent hotel. Right in the heart of the action. Extremely nice rooms, lovely breakfast and helpful staff. You be ferried around in a golf buggy if you can’t take the hills! The terrace for breakfast is very peaceful. One tiny drawback is that as it’s located right behind the Hagia Sofia, the call to prayer is VERY LOUD. 4.30am every morning. I enjoyed it, but others may find it disturbed their sleep. Highly recommended hotel for a great break in Istanbul.

From the moment we landed, Hagia Sofia Mansions delivered an incredible experience. The hotel arranged private airport transportation, which was seamless, and communication leading up to our arrival was prompt and professional. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Superior Room, which was a fantastic way to start our stay. The room was flawless and exceeded our expectations in every way. The property grounds were absolutely beautiful, and small touches like complimentary Turkish tea and coffee added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. There was some daytime noise from the nearby tram and occasional honking, but it was only really noticeable during our arrival nap and did not affect the rest of our visit. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and helpful. As a Hilton Lifetime Diamond member, I have stayed at many properties around the world and this one truly stands out. The complimentary breakfast was a daily highlight with an elegant and delicious spread, plus made to order eggs and omelets that never disappointed. The location could not be better. You are just steps away from the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, and Blue Mosque. Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. A special thank you to the hotel director who personally checked on us at departure. It was a thoughtful gesture that summed up the high level of service we experienced throughout. This may be my favorite Hilton of all time. I am already looking forward to the next visit.
