Haian Beach Hotel & Spa

We stay here in June 2025 with little expectation since this is not a chain hotel. We are pleasantly surprised from the first step into the hotel lobby to the day we depart. The service is amazing and the breakfast buffet is better than most restaurants, with a variety of selection from western breakfast to Korean, and common Vietnamese dishes like pho, mi, and other local specialty. The hotel is well staff with happy and energetic employees who are always happy to help. The room is very clean and modern and just across the street from My An Beach. The location is very convenient to local restaurants, bars, mini markets, and massage parlors. I can't believe the low price including breakfast, and let's not forget the infinity pool with ocean and mountain view. Just AMAZING. We will definitely book this location for our next trip.

Hands down, the service has been impeccable! The staff is top notch! Thank you, James Ding Ding, for going above and beyond to service our needs and stay. The breakfast buffet is definitely 5 star caliber as well as their afternoon “tea” and the “happy hour” specials. Honestly, it did not leave much room to enjoy and experience the restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. If you are considering Haian, book it. You will not be disappointed.

The staff really made the difference at this hotel. Every interaction that I had with staff was positive. They were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel location is wonderful with the beach right across the street, and the neighborhood behind full of everything a tourist needs to enjoy their vacation. The room and common areas were okay, with hints of needing maintenance, nothing functional but dents, dings, and scratches were all over the hallways and furniture in rooms detracting from the ambiance of the hotel. The other concern is that the hotel is so popular, the pool and especially breakfast were often so crowded as to be disappointing. Also, I paid for a suite on the 19th floor but there were a few disappointing aspects of the room. First the ocean view wasn't great, the way the windows in the room are set up, they are all very narrow, you can't really lay in bed or on the couch and get a good view of the ocean, only from one corner window. Secondly there is construction going on in the lot adjacent to the hotel from 8am to 8pm everyday and it is LOUD! There is also an Indian restaurant and club in the hotel next to the lot, from the higher floors on the south side you are going to hear Indian club music every night until about 11 to 12pm. I would stay here again but its more of a 3 star experience, just know that going in and you will be fine.
