My experience at Hai Bay Hotel was truly top - notch, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Jimmy and Cherry. From the moment I arrived, Jimmy greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. His in - depth knowledge of the local area was invaluable, as he provided me with excellent recommendations for nearby cafes and attractions that perfectly suited my taste. Cherry, on the other hand, showed incredible thoughtfulness. Since I arrived before check - in time and wanted to grab a coffee, she kindly offered to look after my luggage. I felt completely at ease leaving my belongings in her care, and it allowed me to enjoy a stress - free start to my day. Together, Jimmy and Cherry demonstrated seamless teamwork. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay not only comfortable but truly memorable. Thanks to them, I would wholeheartedly recommend Hai Bay Hotel to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about making guests feel welcome and well - taken care of.

We had a fantastic stay at Hai Bay Hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Jimmy, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. All of our requests were promptly taken care of. I really appreciated the option to request a takeaway breakfast for early departures at no additional cost. The only downside was a slight odor in the room when we arrived, but I quickly got used to it and it didn’t affect our overall experience. The hotel’s location is perfect. It's just a short walk to the lake and many must-try restaurants and cafes. If I return to Hanoi, I’ll definitely stay here again!

The hotel was excellent perfectly located with plenty of famous and delicious restaurants just steps away. I was especially impressed by the professionalism of the staff. When I had an issue with my clothes, their laundry service handled it within just two hours, fast and efficient! Everyone on the team was friendly and highly professional throughout my stay. The dining options were also a highlight. Diverse, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Huge thanks to Chef Rully and the team for making it such an enjoyable experience.
