Haifa Bay View Hotel

This hotel is fabulously located just a short walk to the top of the Baha’i Gardens (about 3min) and has a gorgeous outdoor seating area looking over the bay. It is also just a short walk (~5 min) from a bunch of restaurants and stores and a mall! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with my grandma. Especially Valerie who helped us with a speedy check-in, and putting us in a great room that would suit my grandma and I and giving me plenty of information. She made our stay feel relaxing and pleasant.

Beautiful view from our room! Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and great water pressure. Clean. Bountiful breakfast spread, juicer for making fresh orange juice, cheeses of all varieties, pastries, desserts, meats, salads, yogurts, eggs and they make eggs to order - right by the promenade and above the Baha’i gardens. Close to restaurants and groceries.

Rooms are normal, perhaps not the most elegant but they have the basics. Good shower pressure and daily cleaning. Breakfast is ok with options for everyone. Location is great with views of the bay and right on the promenade. Bar service is slow but nice. Reception staff could improve the courtesy. Out of the 3 hotels in the same street, this might be the least recommended- but if it has good prices it's OK...
