Haihua Resort

A large hotel in Hangzhou. The rooms were clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. Also be aware of all the charged items they sprinkle throughout the room. Lighting could also be improved in the rooms. One thing that was weird is how the maid service didn't actually properly clean up the room and instead of replacing the bathroom replenishables, they just stuffed the used soap back into the box. Odd. The breakfast buffet was good though and quite large.

Comfortable and clean rooms. The bed has a firm layer of foam on it which probably makes it less comfortable for most westerners. It's in a good location right near the lake and is walking distance to the amazing West Lake Show.

Old forniture. Not clean for Europen standard. Loud during the night (coming both outside and inside the hotel). No electric plug close to the bed. Quality of the breakfast is poor.
