Clean and good location. The front desk staff are supportive. But it is far from Haram which makes staying here not suitable. I came from haram yesterday with 100SDR. There is bus shuttle but dropped at a very far place that you need to join another bus to Haram. If you are coming for Hajj or Umrah, its not a place for you because it's expensive transporting to and from here.
Mixed Experience – Good Location but Needs Better Communication & Amenities We stayed at this hotel for an extended period—one room for my parents (one month) and another for myself and a friend (12 days). Here’s a detailed breakdown of our experience: Proximity to Haram: The hotel is about 10-15 minutes away, which was convenient, but many drivers didn’t recognize the hotel’s name, forcing us to refer to the nearby Holiday Inn. Some drivers even tried charging up to 100 SAR for the short trip, which was unreasonable. Shuttle Service: Thankfully, the hotel offered a free shuttle every 15-20 minutes to a central drop-off point. However, from there, we were charged 8 SAR per person for another bus—only to later find out we shouldn’t have been paying at all and were supposed to get a pass from the hotel. The lack of clear information was frustrating. Room & Housekeeping The rooms were basic but functional. However, housekeeping was inconsistent—they never proactively restocked towels or toiletries, and I often had to chase someone down to get what we needed. That said, when asked, the staff was quick and generous with supplies. No Room Refreshes: During our entire stay (especially for my parents’ month-long booking), no one came in to deep clean, change sheets, or replenish amenities unless requested. Food & Nearby Options Hotel Restaurant: They had a restaurant on one of the floors, but the food was mediocre and overpriced (around 60 SAR). Since we were fasting, we tried it out of curiosity, but it wasn’t worth the cost. Thankfully, the hotel is surrounded by supermarkets and local fast-food chains, which was a lifesaver for affordable and tasty meals. Front Desk: The staff were very sweet and helpful, especially when we needed assistance. 🤍 Cat Lovers’ Bonus: As someone who adores cats, I loved that the hotel had friendly kitties around, and it was heartwarming to see the staff taking care of them and feeding them. Final Verdict This hotel has potential due to its location and kind staff, but management needs to improve: ✔ Clearer transportation instructions (e.g., shuttle passes) to avoid overcharging. ✔ Better housekeeping standards—rooms should be refreshed periodically, especially for long stays. ✔ Food quality upgrades or at least fairer pricing. If these adjustments are made, I’d consider staying again!
It is a good hotel. Location is the challenge. Takes 10-15 minutes by taxi. They did not have shuttle service when I went (August 2025) The challenge was getting taxi from Haram masjid. Took me 15 minutes to get taxi.
