Cozy and spacious room. Location is good and a free parking area. Walking distance to You Me shopping mall and onsen. The only thing that is that I find the pillow too soft 😅.
The hotel is amazing. It is very modern and uses sustainable options for the hotel. It’s very cozy. We really enjoyed the cassette lending library.
Nice promise but upon arrival: - the terrace highlighted in the listing was under renovation, we were never informed; - Very strong solvent smell in the room (due to the aforementioned work); - Non-existent soundproofing, you sleep to the sound of cars; - The large patio door has no shutters, so you wake up with the sun; - Automatic hallway light that takes more than 15 minutes to turn off, very annoying at night. Pretty on the surface but severely lacking in hotel experience.
