Excellent service! You can store your luggage before check-in. The room is spacious with a modern design, featuring a separate bathroom and shower. The view overlooks both the city and the sea. The onsen is great, and you can pay an additional 3,050 yen to use a private onsen for one hour. Dinner was outstanding. The queue management was well-organized, so it didn’t feel overcrowded. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and high-quality dishes. The crab legs were not too salty, easy to eat, and unlimited. The scallops were large and grilled to perfection. The salmon roe, tuna, shellfish, and squid were incredibly fresh. For breakfast, the seafood selection was just as fresh as dinner, though without crab legs and scallops. White wine was also available. This is a hotel I would love to stay at again! ❤️

Excellent staff and lovely rooms, relatively pain free to rent out a private onsen as a guest though a hair on the pricier side. The actual location of the hotel is a bit void of things to do - there's not much in the way of attractions nearby (or restaurants), but if you're interested in taking it easy and enjoying your time inside the hotel proper, you'll very much enjoy this place. For whatever reason, a huge number of tour groups seemed to frequent the locale which we weren't expecting. The only gripes I can really manage to muster are that the breakfast buffet is a bit slim, and the dinner buffet is very, very overpriced for what it is despite the restaurant supposedly offering the most dishes in Hokkaido. Maybe skip those and visit somewhere local instead.

It’s a good property, nice Onsen looking the ocean. Very kind staff, good breakfast variety. The only reason I’m giving 3 star is because of the unpleasant experience we faced in the Onsen by other guests. It’s not the hotel fault but they couldn’t do anything about it either. The hotel has strict policy that they make you sign but even then they can’t enforce it when those things occur. I don’t see the use of making the guest feel uneasy when checking in, may be just a guide is ok but to let you sign it. It’s very unpleasant feeling to get at check in. The hotel rate is not cheap, certain standards should be there. Rooms are very nice, facilities nice, breakfast is good. We will not return.
