We stayed for one night and had the best time! The staff couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and kind. The food was traditional Japanese and absolutely delicious! Better than a lot of places we’ve had before. And the natural hot spring in our room was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.
This hotel gave us a surprise that was beyond our expectations! The room is Japanese style. Although it is not large, it is well-equipped and reasonably laid out. What is particularly commendable is the meticulous and thoughtful service! The three main staff members were very good and would try their best to meet our needs. In addition to asking about dining arrangements and cleaning matters, they also helped us plan our travel routes and itinerary. The communication process was patient and considerate. We stayed for two nights. The two nights of dinner and two days of breakfast were very exquisite Kaiseki cuisine. The taste was superb and the portion was very large. It was full of ritual. We took the dinner menu away as a souvenir. Every day after playing, we came back to enjoy the natural private soup in the room and went to the restaurant's private room to taste the beautiful and delicious dishes one by one. My friend and I felt that this was the best accommodation experience we had ever enjoyed, and we deeply felt the Japanese service. I will book here again next time I come to Hakone! !
Beautiful location, amazing in room onsen with great views from the entire room, very quiet all around the facility . Very attentive and quick customer service (Kenta helped us out mainly and he was fantastic and courteous). The half board was great, the kaiseki was very diverse and the breakfast was as well. The breakfast portion was just huge so it was hard to finish even though it was very good. Would recommend a stay here 100% and strongly considering staying here again if we make another trip down here. Definitely take a taxi or take their free shuttle from one of the nearby stations as it’s a bit out of the way
