Hakuba Springs Hotel

I found this hotel to be of excellent standard in cleanliness, service, staff and location. There are several shuttle buses that pull up right at the door and the hotel has great facilities for drying your snow gear. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was more than adequate in various cuisines to suit most people. I would stay here again and again whenever I travel to Hakuba for snow activities!

This is the most cost/performance hotel I have ever stayed in Japan, no matter what in which city or location in Japan. Lobby is cute and sweet; room is clean and has very big space, will make you feel you are at home. Hot spring is wonderful and very helpful for people who come to skiing or snowboarding. The most unforgettable point is its buffet for breakfast and dinner (since I am coming for snowboarding, lunch is not in the hotel. The variety of buffet is so impressive, and each dish make you experience hotel’s sincerity, especially the desert let all of my friends surprise and forget those will make us gain weight. We are going to plan the trip for next year and stay here again.

Love this place! Super clean with reasonable sized rooms. Breakfast and dinner are included. You can hire skis next door and lock them away at night in warm locker rooms that ensure your equipment is dry by morning. Super friendly, kind and helpful staff.
