The variety was impressive — from fresh fruits and pastries to made-to-order omelets, pancakes, and both Western and local dishes. The quality of the food was consistently high, and everything was well-stocked and fresh. The buffet area was clean and well-organized, and there was plenty of seating even during peak hours. A big thank you to Padam for his amazing service! He was always friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect.
I had such a great start to my day with breakfast here! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the bread was warm and soft, and the coffee was rich and smooth. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying breakfast!
The hotel has potential - it’s clean, well-maintained, and could easily earn 5 stars. But poor front desk service and serious communication issues ruined the experience. First, I wasn’t informed at check-in that onsite parking is valet-only and that the area is heavily patrolled. I self-parked thinking it was fine and ended up getting two parking tickets. When I brought this up, the manager, Zoe, was extremely arrogant and dismissive, taking no responsibility for the lack of communication. No apology, no resolution. As if that wasn’t enough, one night the fire alarm went off for 3–4 hours, blaring past 1:00 AM. It was almost impossible to sleep. When I called the front desk for help, they were completely useless again. I was told, without any empathy, that it was “due to an emergency at a nearby port.” No updates, no solutions - just wait it out. Also worth noting that the sound insulation isn’t great, so you hear hallway noise and outside traffic. In short: Nice building, bad experience. If front desk staff is replaced and management becomes more customer-focused, this could be a great hotel. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend it for a restful or hassle-free stay.
