I enjoyed my stay here over the Reunification holiday. The rooms are great value for money and the bed is really comfy. The breakfast was OK, a bit hit and miss, but generally OK.
This hotel location quite strategic, on the corner of the street. You could walk to the Hoan Kiem lake. The staffs there are friendly. They could use english. The restaurant is located at the 8th floor. Unfortunately there is no swimming pool here.
The really good thing about the hotel is its bed. I really struggled finding a soft bed and this hotel managed to fulfill my needs. However, the rest is questionable. 1. Quite expensive 2. The breakfast buffet has a very limited offer 3. Very very noisy outside AND inside the hotel. I lived on the 6th floor and it was loud till 12 am and since 5.30 am. I had to ask staff many times to do something about it and it always took a while.
