My stay at the Halekulani Hotel in Waikīkī was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and eagerness to make my stay memorable truly stood out. I booked an ocean-view room, and it was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the sparkling blue waters of Waikīkī was an experience in itself. The room was beautifully maintained, and every detail spoke of luxury and comfort. The service here is truly world-class. They provided twice-daily room service, and each time, the room was refreshed to perfection. What really touched me was the thoughtful gesture of leaving a small gift for me each time — lovely little treats like mini hand creams, face creams, and other delightful surprises. These personal touches made me feel truly valued as a guest. Every interaction with the team — from the front desk to housekeeping — was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. It felt like everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in Waikīkī where exceptional service meets breathtaking views, Halekulani is the place to be. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be returning!

This hotel looks absolutely gorgeous! We visited the restaurant during sunset with lovely Hawaiian dance and music. They didn't appear to have direct beach access as that part of the beach was closed off, but they would have ocean view rooms, and easy beach access next to the hotel (better than living opposite the road like many Waikiki hotels)

Amazing hotel! The rooms were spotless and huge. We had a beautiful ocean view and could hear the waves all night long. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels which I love. Only negative was the couch bed mattress could use an upgrade. It was very thin and you could feel all the springs. Pool was clean and the staff by the pool were friendly and would set you up every day with chairs and towels. Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. Also, perfect location!! Easily accessible to lots of attractions and sights. We would definitely stay here again.
