Halekulani Okinawa

It was my second stay since I stayed there once three years ago during Christmas. This time, although it was very hot even in June, as soon as I entered the hotel and was waiting to check in, I was served a nicely chilled welcome drink. The subtly sweet peach flavor was very delicious. The view from the balcony and the sunset from the Sunset Wing were absolutely stunning. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was so delicious that I wanted to eat it again and again. Also, when I mentioned that my birthday was coming up, they gave me a gift. The attentive service made the whole experience very pleasant.If you haven’t been there yet, I definitely recommend visiting at least once!

Stayed in the Seaview area. The rooms were very nice, clean, well kept. Was here for a birthday celebration and the team did their absolute best to meet any last minute demands. All in all I think the service is what makes my stay worthwhile. The staff were extremely attentive to our every needs and wants. They make you feel your trip really matters to them. Some improvements I would recommend here is that... At the beach to not charge extra for floating devices. Also the beach may need to be kept better. Didn't have a chance to try their paid activities but next time. Come here for the service.

Most important: it is not the staff but stupid rules that ruin your stay at this resort! (Probably management that does not want the customers to be happy) Example: Craving some food at 17:00: pool bar is closed and no other place is open! Reservations at restaurants are either 17:00 or 20:30. 19:00 is not possible. Queue for breakfast: estimated time is wrong by 20 minutes each day. Sorry, cannot recommend. Positive note: waiters at Spectra bar are great!
