HALL Arts Hotel Dallas Autograph Collection

We got upgraded to a suite and it was very nice. Beautiful bathroom and lots of storage space which is a nice change. Breakfast was delicious and service was okay. I did feel like people were doing us a favor by answering any questions at front desk. And the valet watched my husband load the suitcases into the trunk without offering to assist which I feel like is quite literally part of their job description. Pool is tiny but nice and refreshing. Would absolutely stay there again and recommend.

I stayed at HALL Arts Hotel in Dallas for a recent business trip and had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around the city. I had breakfast at the on-site restaurant and the service was phenomenal from start to finish. My room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I’ll definitely be staying here again on future trips to Dallas. Five stars all the way.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The entire staff was attentive and friendly, but I especially want to acknowledge Ava. She was incredibly professional, personable, and made me feel right at home. Her warm and welcoming attitude set the tone for my entire stay. The room was spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and exceptional service!
