Hallmark Crown Hotel

Great friendly receptionist. Ms.ariana. very polite and good hospitality. The room was complete even though it was not a big room. Overall a very good sleep and the airconditioning was good. I had a good stay. The coffee in the room was soooo... good not like every other places you just get nescafe.

Overall, its a nice hotel to stay in and within my budget as well. If this was a 3-star hotel, I would have rated it as excellent. But as per google, this was 4-star hotel and for that, I expected more. They have nice staff, really cold air-cond (which very much needee considering the weather in Malaysia, especially Melaka), the view you get from swimming pool is also nice. At night, it may look scary due to the font that they use for their Hotel signage…but all is good. We had a good experience here! 😊

For the price, you can get a better hotel than this. The pics portrayed on google were misleading. The hotel is more like a cheap motel that you can find under oyo. The rooms were spacious but the floor and walls were dirty with stained. The bathroom looks old and rusty. The hotel isn’t walkable to famous spots in Malacca. It was located at the center of a busy road hence it was quite difficult to get to anywhere as you need to consider the traffic. However on the bright side, the staffs were all friendly from the reception counter, room services and breakfast hall. All in all, not recommended.
