A very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. I loved the view of the bay from our room. The buffet was very good, with a wide array of tasty dishes. Service was top notch.
halong Pearl is a great value for money. Rooms are nice and comfy, I stayed a couple of nights and I was really happy with the service, the view and the quietness of the premise. The only down note would be the fact that it took a good 5 minutes to get hot water in the morning! But I will come back again for sure!
Positive: Great location, nice room. You can see bay view from room. Negative : 2 bottoms of water in refrigerant was chargeable minibar but didn’t have any instruction in room or anywhere, then I need to pay 40,000 VND when check out as same as all other room of my friend. There were EDM music festival on the beach, noisy music until 1AM. Hard to sleep.
