Why we choose this Hotel. Located very central and it's not loud in the night. Staff is very friendly and rooms always clean .Breakfast offer you everything what you need .On weekends perhaps you shoud take Breakfast before 8:30 to avoid crowd.
What made my stay exceptional is zie. She genuinely cares about hotel guests and customer service. Every morning she remembered me and would make me my special cappuccino! I couldn't believe she remembered me and my order. I really think she loves her job and helping others. She embodies exceptional care for the hotel guests!! I've stayed at hotels across the world and have not experienced someone like her. I will also be writing a letter to corporate regarding her. She needs a promotion immediately and to train other staff on how to treat hotel guests.
The rooms were spacious and well set out so there was space to work if necessary without feeling crowded. Good options for food, the breakfast option was as you would expect from a tip quality hotel in a city centre. While close to everything the city has to offer, the hotel was quiet, no real external traffic noise. Over all an excellent choice for a short city stay.
