Our stay at the Hamilton Hotel was simply fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the wellness area was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Since we mentioned that our anniversary was approaching, they even decorated our bed in Romantic way. The location, in a green and peaceful area, just a short walk from the sea, was ideal. Everything was perfect. We would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel!

This hotel is max. 4 star. If you travel a lot you will see the difference especially the quality of materials and design of the room. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious, friendly international staff. The food is OK but I do REALLY dont like the fact that the dinner (in a buffet form) is served between 5 and 7:30 pm only. This solution is extremly not practical for the guests. If you come back from the beach around 6 or 7pm, you want to relax first and then go and eat and not hurry because the restaurant will be closed at 7:30 pm. This is crazy!

Came here for family vacation with our three kids: 9-yrs old, 8-yrs old and 2-yrs old. On our last morning here, the 2-yr old threw some scraps of food to the floor during breakfast which, apparently, we missed and failed to pick up. The hotel charged us 200 zł for the terrible burden and trouble of their staff bending over once or twice to pick up the food. Never in my 44 years have I even *heard* of such a thing, let alone been confronted with it. Completely insane. Also, absolute no grace with respect to check out. If we weren’t out of our rooms by *exactly* 11:30 a.m., they were gonna charge us an additional night stay. No grace period. No mercy. Every other hotel we’ve stayed in our entire lives would normally give us a grace period of an hour or so. Not this place. So, we were in a chaotic, frantic rush to shove everything into our luggage bags as fast as we could to just barely get out of there by 11:29. In fact, the cleaning staff - hotel maids - were literally screaming and shouting at my father-in-law, a legal blind, frail, 67-year old man who had just buried his wife a week prior, to get out of room immediately so that they could clean. The man was still grieving for crying out loud, and this vacation was partly for the purpose of getting out of his house and easing his pain. When we discussed these issues with management prior to departure, once again, there was no grace or mercy. It was “pay the 200 zł, or you’re not getting out of the garage.” So we had to pay. Finally, the showers had the worst water pressure I’ve ever experienced. Hostels in third-world countries have better water pressure. And the water kept vacillating between hot and cold and hot and cold. We would recommend that NO ONE stay at this place ever. It’s not even that close to the beach. There are plenty more hotels with good, easy beach access, and much closer to the promenade.
