When we arrived from 15h trip we got surprised we had to wait in reception for 5h to go to our room we were extremely exhausted, when we got to our room it wasn't cleanes it was dirty smells bad, the only good thing is it was near the beach that's it every other aspect was disappointment, i do not recommend it
The worst 4stars hotel ive ever seen before dirty and mold rooms very rude staff and the pool is so short the food is so bad please don t go to this hotel
Room was moldy and dark. Toilet disgusting and toilet seat broken. the flush doesn't work. Sheets were torn and filthy. Service not great. Food passable. Pool passable. In the site it says beach service, but there is no private beach. I don't know how this hotel is 4*.
