Hampton by Hilton Arequipa

Very enjoyable stay at the Hampton by Hilton Arequipa! The rooms are clean, simple, and comfortable—nothing fancy, but just what we needed. The AC was a bit too strong and made the room colder than ideal, but everything else worked well. The gym is small but functional, and it’s nice that the hotel offers one. Breakfast was basic but had a good range, including some fresh salad, which was a nice touch. The best part by far was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, professional, and truly cared about our experience. They checked in often and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Thanks to the amazing team, this hotel really stood out on our trip to Arequipa. Highly recommended!

The staff is great, very welcoming and accommodating. Hotel has a very charming vibe and nice atmosphere in the evening. We got early checkin and late checkout which was very helpful. Breakfast buffet has good spread. Location is very convenient. Room was a bit small, but clean and comfortable.

My husband and I spent two weeks traveling throughout Peru, staying at several Hilton properties — and the Hampton Inn in Arequipa was by far our favorite. In fact, it may be the best Hampton Inn we’ve ever experienced. The hotel is a beautifully unique property and a short walk from the main square. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant and found it absolutely delicious. Breakfast also had a good variety of options. The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming. A special thanks to Alonso, who went above and beyond to ensure our Uber driver found us and stayed with us until we departed. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
