Hampton by Hilton Bath City

We stayed here for three nights. The hotel is centrally located within easy walking distance to restaurants and historic sites. Check-in and out was smooth and our room was ready on arrival. The room was spacious and clean. Room service was consistent with the amenities replaced daily. Decent hairdryer, safety deposit box and fridge (no mini bar which suited us fine. Spacious clean toilet with ample toiletries. Towels were a bit basic, comfy bed, pillows were soft. No slippers so definitely recommend you bring your own. Overall a positive stay helped along by the friendly staff.

I recently stayed for a work trip leading up to an exam, and I must say it was an excellent experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located, offering easy access to the city. The rooms were a particular highlight. They were excellent – clean, spacious, and thoughtfully modern in their design. I especially appreciated the large rainfall shower, which was a fantastic way to start each day. The beds were also firm and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. My only minor point regarding the room was the pillows, which were quite soft and lacked support for my personal preference. However, this is subjective, and I didn't feel it detracted significantly from my otherwise comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of food options, and the quality was great. Unfortunately, the coffee was quite disappointing and could definitely be improved. Despite the issue with the coffee, I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here to others. Whether you're visiting for work, a leisurely city break, or any other type of stay, this hotel offers comfortable and modern accommodations in a great location with friendly service.

Recent trip to Bath stayed at this hotel for a night. Centrally located at bath is very convenient and close to everything. Busy hotel. Staff is very efficient and check in and check out process was super easy. Great breakfast in lobby with a large variety of options. One comment the coffee machine was full and I was trying to make a coffee pressing the buttons, one of the staff came by lecturing me it was full. I wouldn’t have known that and instead of lecturing me would have been nice just to clear the machine. Found that rude and not necessary. Breakfast time gets busy and signs indicated times so be ware might be hard to sit or get food. My room was nice with tow twin beds as requested and very comfortable. Washroom loved it had a large shower and water was hot. My one dislike my sink although might have been cleaned was stained with blue stains and black specs so wasn’t clean. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would return.
