The hotel is really good, except the rooms did not have a cupboard. The breakfast buffet is really good here.
After returning to my hometown, I carefully considered and booked two superior rooms of this hotel for 5 nights, but the result was disappointing. When we checked in, the front desk supervisor Chang Yu upgraded the room. Although we only needed a clean, quiet and temperature-appropriate room, it didn't matter whether it was upgraded or not, but we were still very happy and grateful. However, after checking in, I found that the twin bed room on the sixth floor was as high as 27 degrees at night when the outdoor temperature was only a few degrees and there was no winter heating! The hotel did not turn on the air conditioner at all, which was completely inconsistent with the information including air conditioning I saw when booking the hotel. We were so hot that we could hardly fall asleep. We opened a small window for ventilation, which not only did not work well, but was also filled with car horns and construction site noise. After communicating with the front desk, it was suggested that we move to a room with many windows facing the street and the construction site, saying that the window could be opened, but wouldn't it be even more noisy? I refused. Later, we moved to a room with a wall buttress in the middle of the window. The room temperature was barely one or two degrees lower, but it was still 25 degrees. Because I was too tired, I made do with it and didn't want to change again. Actually, I wanted to change hotels after I knew that the hotel didn't have air conditioning. Although I stayed in a non-smoking floor and non-smoking room, the corridors were full of cigarette smell, not to mention how much nicotine smoke was filled on the 3rd and 4th floors where smoking was allowed. The quality of the guests staying in this hotel is very poor. But because my daughter was satisfied with her room and didn't leave, and she wanted us to come back here after a few days of travel, I told Chang Yu about the renewal, and Chang Yu said that we could continue to stay in these two rooms after we came back. Who knew that just before leaving for a few days to travel, when I finalized the room with the front desk, a female receptionist named Tong at the front desk began to make excuses that she didn't want to renew the room we stayed in before. Obviously, there were not many guests at breakfast, and the occupancy rate of the room was not high, but she didn't want to book these two rooms for 4 nights for us, and the twin room was not very good. This female receptionist named Tong Wenhui always had a stern face, rolled her eyes, and shook her head every time I saw her in the lobby, as if someone owed her a lot of money. Sure enough, when I went downstairs to confirm the renewal with her, there was no good result, which was completely different from what Chang Yu promised before. I don't know what bad things the female receptionist surnamed Tong said to the supervisor surnamed Chang. At nearly ten o'clock in the evening, Chang Yu added me on WeChat and regretted her previous promise that she could stay in the two rooms when she came back. She kept saying that the two rooms might be occupied (the occupancy rate was obviously very low), completely ignoring the courtesy of the guests going to bed at ten o'clock in the evening. My daughter, who had insisted on staying in this hotel, was also very angry, and finally stopped opposing my decision to change hotels after I came back. For me, I was quite disappointed to find that the actual situation of the hotel did not match the online reviews after checking in, because the quality of the guests staying in the hotel was low, and there were many smokers, and the surrounding environment of the hotel was also very poor and noisy. The Middle East Market was actually a replica of Heishui Road, which was only suitable for people from the five outer counties and suburbs to come here for shopping. It can be said that I didn't want to come back to stay, but because my daughter wanted to come back to stay, I wanted to renew the reservation with you, but I didn't expect you to do such a trick, which was really disgusting. The reason why I gave it two stars is because the other staff are pretty good, but if I only look at the female receptionist named Tong Wenhui, I want to give the hotel a negative score, because she has greatly lowered the hotel's service. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will also tell my relatives and friends in my hometown not to recommend it to their friends.
