The service is amazing starting from checking in and all the way of the details in the hospitality. The General manager Cem had the best hospitality I have ever experienced in Hampton Inn . Would definitely book again and tell my friends to book here . Thank you for helping us with my son and making our stay exceptional.

I am a tour guide. My group and myself stayed there last night. (15.07.22025). Everything was spot-on. A special thanks to Mr Cem, the night shift manager. He was there during check in and check out in the morning, controlling and monitoring everything to be sure that everyone is happy. Derserves a 5* comment indeed…

I stayed here over a busy weekend, and unfortunately, the experience was not what I had hoped for. The room’s air conditioning couldn’t be set to a properly cool temperature, leaving it uncomfortably warm. I had to open the windows just to get some relief, but that only introduced a new problem — relentless barking from street dogs outside that made it really hard to sleep. When I raised the issue with the staff, they were polite but couldn’t do much, as the hotel was fully booked and no alternative rooms were available. It felt like there was no real solution offered. To top it off, the elevators were constantly busy, with long waits every time I needed to go up or down. For a weekend getaway, the lack of basic comfort and peace was disappointing. I hope the management can address these issues, especially temperature control and noise insulation, to improve the guest experience.
