Can’t fault my stay here. The check-in process is smooth, very efficient and the rooms are very tidy and comfortable! I also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning - all of the staff were kind and friendly but one particular staff member (whose name I didn’t get) went above and beyond in providing a great service! He saw me looking at the waffle maker and immediately came to ask if I wanted a waffle. He made it immediately and brought it to the table, it was a lovely gesture which made my morning. Another positive is the proximity to the train station. Would definitely stay here again! You can get everything you need in the area.
Lovely hotel. Efficient, professional, friendly, caring, and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. I would stay there again. I gave 4 stars only because, although the location is very convenient, Croydon, as a borough, is a nightmare for driving and parking.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Great service and a warm atmosphere.
