We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with excellent service by the housekeeping and dining staff. No bidets in the toilet. There are two elevators out of which one was non-functional and there are 9 floors so it might require you to wait a bit for the elevator. There is a work station and gym at the reception floor. We requested the staff for extra water bottles and they delivered at our room without any charges. Special thanks to Sergey for accommodating us for early check-in as we arrived way before the check-in time due to flight timings. Also to Lebedeva Elena, always greeting us with a smile and being very cooperative with us. Thank you for giving us change money when we requested. Both spoke good English and we did not face any communication issues at the hotel.

I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton for four nights, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Several issues significantly impacted our stay, making it inconvenient and disappointing. The first major issue was the constant tram noise outside the hotel. The trams ran frequently, and the noise was disruptive, especially at night, making it difficult to get a restful sleep. The lack of proper soundproofing in the rooms only exacerbated this problem. Additionally, the room cleaning service was consistently delayed. On multiple days, our room wasn’t serviced until late afternoon, which was highly inconvenient, especially after long days out. When the cleaning did happen, it felt rushed and incomplete. The condition of the room itself was another letdown. The bedsheets were brown, old, and visibly worn, which gave the room an unclean and dated appearance. This lack of attention to basic upkeep was off-putting and made us question the overall maintenance of the property. The food at the hotel was equally disappointing. The meals served were bland, lacked freshness, and often seemed like they had been sitting out for too long. The limited variety and poor quality made dining at the hotel an unpleasant experience, forcing us to seek meals elsewhere. Worst of all was the lack of hospitality from the staff. The team was unapproachable, rarely smiled, and seemed indifferent to guests’ concerns. When we raised issues about the noise and cleaning delays, we were met with dismissive responses and no real effort to resolve our complaints. Overall, this stay was a major disappointment. The combination of tram noise, delayed cleaning, subpar room conditions, tasteless food, and lackluster staff hospitality made for an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others and will not be returning.
