Hampton by Hilton Paris Clichy

We learned bus and train stops, so it was quiet, and room very clean, peaceful. Great free breakfast, so saved on 1 meal a day. Cool area and park within 3 blocks, has a bunch of cafes all sorts food, and nice little park. Working class area, so families walking around. Staff was great, very helpful

A reasonable sized room. I couldn’t tick the “great view” as you can see from the photo. My room had a great view of the Vehicle Pound and was awoken a few times by vehicles being delivered during the night. House keeping was something else. They may have changed the towels as asked and wiped the bathroom down. However it did take over a week for dirty cups and glasses to be spotted. Even then they weren’t actually cleaned! I took extra glasses from Breakfast to ensure I had a clean glass. Talking of breakfast, it was carnage most mornings! Regularly the juice ran out. Eggs were so over cooked! It should have been self clear, but when people didn't clear then there mess everywhere and the tables were not cleaned quickly. The hotel is convenient for central Paris with a ten minute walk to two different Metro stations. It’s not exactly a romantic experience!

The staff has not respect and violate my human right as a minority women from different time zone. When I explained that because I was from different place, he AC was not working or needed fixing in my room. For 5 days , it was a nightmare. Was always sick and got heat exhaustion once back here. When I called for my refund they hung up the phone knowing exactly, who I am. I want my money back from you guys If the manger sees this, respond with your email address. Overcharging guest credit card is fraud .
