Hampton by Hilton Sanya Bay

Wonder place to live in, surroundings are clear. Not alot of high rise building to block out the morning sun. Breakfast was a feast with wide variety of choices from asian cuisine to American breakfast. The area is wide to jog and walk around for a breeze of air and it is indeed the nicest staff they could offer for a great services.

This is more less like a motel than a hotel, all facilities were closed down. And is surrounded by resident apartment with no shops around. The only thing is close to the airport and reasonable price

I reserved the hotel through the Hilton app a week before going and they raised the rates on me - only informing me when I arrived. The shuttle services that they published were not offered. The staff had poor customer service. The room and facilities were ok but the location is inconvenient unless you have a car. I've stayed at several Hamptons and Hiltons and I will say that this is the worst experience I've had.
