That’s why I allways travel with Hilton, because the people who makes you feel home, far away from home. Thank you so much to the hole staff, specially Yesid with allways lovely words on his lips, Jorge who surprise me with a amazing service, Edward he helps me find the best mechanic for my technical problems at my VAN and all the lovely woman’s at the Front Desk, the welcoming are outstanding, thank so much for the great stay

Spent 2 hours in line to checking and there were not so many people. We came with kids and the family. The receptionist idianis Miramon was very unprofessional and had an attitude. We wanted a manager for filing a complain and she laughed like she did not care. Not sure why she would be working in a position that requires good customer service when she seems to have worked at a flea market. On the other hand the hotel and Jorge was very nice.

Room was okay. Beds were comfortable. Checking lasts too long for an online reservation. Worst experience though was when I got sick and asked for support to prepare myself hot tea in my room. There is no water boiler in the room and the staff did not care to help me finding a suitable solution (I asked for a hot water flask and a sharp knife). Both shouldn't be exotic request as this hotel is equipped with meet rooms and a breakfast restaurant. Breakfast also was very poor. Taste was bad throughout the selection.
