The Hilton Garden Inn is a perfect location. The front desk staff were very polite spoke many languages... very nice. The rooms well-appointed very nicely decorated comfortable quiet very quiet... especially quiet since it's an airport it was very quiet. Breakfast was great the staff was great at breakfast
Room qr brings up page that says there are ice and vending machines on floors two and four. Being on floor one, I did not have access to floors two and four (room key access via elevator only). Spoke with the manager who happened to be at the front desk and was told to get a cup of ice from the bar. Fine. No vending access, though.
The rooms are clean and what you would expect at a hilton. But the same comment that someone had earlier about not having any washcloths in the bathroom, same comment here. Obviously they didn't learn what the customer wants and needs. Went down for dinner at the restaurant/bar only to have the person behind the bar forget to pass my order into the kitchen only to realize after he served dinner to two other patrons sitting beside me at the bar after they showed up well after me. Finally realized he missed my order and then asked for it again. Over 1.5 hours to wait for my dinner. Not impressed. Rest of the staff were excellent.
