Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Quebec City Levis

My family has stayed here at least twice on road trips and absolutely love it. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The breakfast is fantastic given its included. Eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, oatmeal. Different kinds of coffee and tea. Can't recommend this spot enough.

Extremely disappointing stay. Room service was virtually non-existent. Despite multiple requests, our room wasn’t cleaned during our 4-day stay. We were told that housekeeping must be requested every day, but even then, “cleaning” just meant dropping off a few fresh towels. No water bottles were provided at check-in, and we were informed that only Gold or Diamond members receive complimentary bottled water, which is a basic amenity at all hotels. The overall hospitality was poor, and the staff came across as rude and dismissive. There is a certain way to speak to guests, and that standard was clearly missing. After this experience, I will not be choosing Hilton again.

Avoid this place – terrible service and rude staff Stayed for 3 nights in two rooms. Neither room was cleaned after the first day. Front desk claimed housekeeping is every 2 days, but even then, rooms weren’t serviced—just fresh towels thrown in. No complimentary water unless you’re a Gold member. Staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. Easily the worst Hampton Inn experience I’ve had. Not worth the money.
