Hampton Terrace Inn

My friend and I stayed at the Hampton Terrace Inn for 5 nights and loved it! Stan was very professional and accommodating. We relaxed every evening in the gorgeous front room in front of the fireplace. There were a few very cold days in early June so the fire was wonderful. We also enjoyed a free night cap one evening from the Hampton Terrace Inn bar and we loved our breakfast every morning which varied from eggs to french toast to pancakes. The location is perfect! Highly recommend!!!

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at home. The inn is charming, beautifully maintained, and full of New England character. Each room has its own personality and is impeccably clean, cozy, and comfortable — you can tell great care and attention go into every detail. The location is ideal — just a short stroll to downtown Lenox with its great restaurants, shops, and galleries, and a quick drive to Tanglewood and all the Berkshires have to offer. And we can’t say enough about the breakfast — absolutely delicious! Fresh, homemade, and thoughtfully prepared each morning. It was a true highlight of our stay. But what truly sets Hampton Terrace apart is the warm hospitality. The hosts were incredibly gracious, helpful with local recommendations, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. It felt like visiting friends who happen to run an exceptional inn. We can’t wait to return and are already recommending Hampton Terrace to family and friends. We had a great experience at Hampton Terrace Inn this past weekend.My husband, myself and our 2 little ones went all on a pilgrimage to the Divine Mercy shrine in Stockbridge and this location was the perfect place to stay in and rest after 2 exhausting days of activities at the shrine . I'm only giving 4 stars for the room, because the bathtub had some rust and the pipes were noise.But totally understandable considering this is an old house.Other than that, the room was super clean, spacious and the bed pretty confortable.Breakfast was excellent, buffet style,perfect to start the day off.Tom, the chef, delighted us with great food and friendly talk.If we have the opportunity to visit the area again, we will definitely be back at Hampton Terrace Inn! And of course, will recommend it to everyone !
