We went March 2025. We love the service , staff, food and of course the Onsen here. I love the fact that staff here are still remain the Japanese high quality service. They were trying hard to use English to explain everything to us. We felt so welcome here. We stayed two nights , everyday food was “ wow” so detail.
Visited in 2/2025. Nice and clean inn with many free to use private onsens. The onsens were lovely. There is also a freely available washing machine for those who need to use (although we did not use it, it’s nice to know that we can if we need).
Visited in 6/2025. We loved the private onsen . The rooms were big and ok. The atmosphere of the common hotel areas was a bit sad and outdated. We had dinner and breakfast, some of the things we skipped eating because they were not cooked with fine ingredients or not well composed. The service was kind but a bit rushed.
