Hanaakari

This is a truly hidden gem. An excellent, well decorated, centrally located and clean modern-traditional Japanese boutique style hotel. The host is so welcoming and generous. Within walking distance from the train station and tourist sites. We were offered to try on yukata which was not expected. We only stayed for one night, we definitely come back to stay for longer in my future Japan trip!

One of the best traditional-modern hotels I've ever stayed at in Japan! The room was huge, with an extra tatami dining area overlooking a private garden-such an amazing design. The bathroom had a Japanese-style shower and a private bathtub that felt like my own personal onsen. The water temperature was fully adjustable, so I could set it just the way I liked. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a premium, modern-traditional stay in Kanazawa

We stayed here for four nights and had one of the most pleasant stays of our entire trip! The room was spacious and clean, with great amenities including a washing machine. We even had a small garden/porch as our room was on the first floor, which was a nice bonus. The host was super gracious and polite too - we really appreciate the hospitality. It's a little further away from the train station (around 10-15 min walk). But overall, a really lovely place to stay during your trip!
