Very amazing experience at the Hanabishi Hotel. Customer service was amazing, and I think this may have been the nicest hotel I’ve ever been too. The Onsen was 10/10 and the room was beautiful. If you are staying in Hakodate, you need to stay here. ❤️🇨🇦
We stayed for 4 nights with 2 yo. Everything is kids friendly and I liked the variety of breakfast. Over all it's good to stay for multiple days.
The atmosphere and hotel itself was good, however I think the staff could use a bit more tact. We stayed at the open air bath in room 101 and that was nice. However one major issue that arose was how difficult it is to communicate with them after the stay. One of us forgot a considerable amount of money in the room and only noticed afterwards, and ever since we have tried to contact them via web to no response. Stayed the 23rd of October this year (a week ago from this review) and we still couldn't manage to get in touch up until yesterday when we could finally make a call (due to various other circumstances), however the receptionist couldnt offer us any help from their side at all from what it looks like and even though the situation looks bleak, it would be great if we could get help of any kind while we are still in Japan. Otherwise I'd have to keep the low score for lack of contact options, slow responses and frankly ineptitude when dealing with customers.
