It was for birthday trip with who I love. They provide us perfect service including birthday cake. Water of spa was just great. I can’t believe how long we were bathing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you, all crews of the ryokan. You guys gave us unforgettable memory.
Japanese style Dinner is the worst you can get from Japan. The old lady does not care about you if you do not drink any of their liquor. the worst service you can get as well. You are staying for one day but you can only use their onsen within an hour after the meal. What kind of a service for a five star they named them self. The shame of Japan hotel service. Strongly avoid this place.
