I recommend this otel, we were here with friends to visit Bodrum before further trip. The rooms are comfortable. The staff and service very nice and helpful.

Worst experience ever. Receptionist was trying to fight me and threaten to call the cops due to guests coming to my room for a few minutes. Scammy people, rude service, and door handle was broke as well as room was messy. I would never recommend this place ever.

I bought 2 rooms for business at the hotel on 30.07. 2025 and since the moment I registered I have not asked for an invoice and they have not issued one, they have constantly lied and today is the evening of July 31st I still do not have an invoice. Someone said “they blocked me”. I left a review for this business and asked how the reception could be blocked. It turns out that they give their own mobile numbers and prevent me from coming to their business, they blocked me too :) In fact, historically they do not issue invoices and they seem to be engaging in “tax evasion” if they are going to issue me an invoice for the date of my stay. Your comment is yours, as someone who has stayed in hundreds of hotels, this is the first time I am reviewing a hotel. I am not even talking about the rooms and hygiene… I hope when the Cimer and the Ministry of Finance intervene, your tone and work ethic will change and I will be a reason for that. I also have the WhatsApp conversations. You are unfortunately humiliating yourselves by constantly lying. The hotel does not even have an accountant. One lady was on her day off and I ruined it because I asked for my invoice :)) They are truly a joke. I'll be filing a complaint against you tomorrow. Edit: The business responded, saying, "My personal number." Excuse me, what are you doing with my personal number? Why did you give it to me? I wanted to ask you this; is this professionalism? Even with your response, you showed that you're a joke. Thanks for justifying it. :)
