Hancock Hotel

The Hancock Hotel blew me away. I travel often for work, and this has been my favorite stay all year. What really stood out? First, the valet team. The young men were incredibly courteous, helped with my luggage, and made me feel safe and welcomed—something I truly value as a woman traveling alone. Second, the hotel itself is immaculate. Clean, elegant, and even more beautiful than the photos online. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I also loved the extras—free YMCA access, complimentary bikes, and a walkable location near great food spots. The hotel restaurant looked fantastic, but I opted for a low-key night with pizza and The Office in my cozy room. If you're heading to Findlay, don’t think twice. This place is a gem. I’m already looking for a reason to return!

Hancock Hotel was an absolutely amazing venue to work with. They did incredible work in making our rehearsal dinner and wedding day absolutely perfect. Everything came together so beautifully, and we truly could not have done it without their talent, effort, and professionalism. We individually worked with Ashley Sedler, from the initial tour of the venue up till the wedding day. She was absolutely perfect and such a huge help. During the event, we were so thankful for all the amazing Hancock hotel staff for their services. I cannot thank this venue and people enough for all they did! The Hancock Hotel is truly an amazing place to host an event and we cannot emphasize that enough! We received so many compliments from our guests, and most importantly had the time of our lives! The Hancock Hotel played a huge part in creating a day that we’ll never forget.

We stayed this past weekend for a wedding that was happening off site. The care and personal attention that they stuff provided for us was beyond amazing. They were accommodating from smaller to larger tasks- always with a smile and kind words. Thank you thank you for making out stay wonderful.
