I spent three unforgettable nights at this wonderful place. The view was absolutely beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was incredibly delicious. The reception staff and all the team were extremely respectful and kind, which made my stay even more enjoyable. There were a few small insects, which is expected given the location in the middle of the jungle, but overall it was an absolutely fantastic stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to come back.
This was by far the best hotel I've ever visited! 5 stars is not enough to rate this wonderful gem. The staff was exceptional and you can tell that they're highly trained on customer service. They went above and beyond my entire stay! The hotel is in the jungle and absolutely beautiful and serene. I would 100% return.
it is hard to describe the experience we had at this place. my wife and i were joined by another couple in a nearby bungalow, and every single thing about what HG has put together was just out of this world. the rooms are spectacular. the architecture is divine, the food was impeccable. the people were unbelievably kind. we had great weather during our stay, so that helped. a couple of us hiked up the other side to the temple - that was really cool. the private pools were such a lifesaver. suffice it to say that while not cheap, our whole crew is already scheming how to get back there at some point.
