I had a great stay at this hotel in Hanoi! The location is excellent – right in the heart of the city, close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself was high-quality, clean, and comfortable, yet surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend it to both families and groups of friends – it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Hanoi!

We booked this hotel by accident, bcs we were walking on that street and see the hotel, we were just wandering to ask the price and see the room, and it WAY BETTER than my already booked hotel in old quarter. So we decided to book this one and cancel the other. Also i have a room that cannot be locked, turns out it runs out of battery, then the staff quickly replace it after i asked the staff to contact the manager for the problem. Also the manager are VERY kind, he help us and give directions to best way to go to airport, and also managed to crate some route for us to follow and told us some tips and tricks. Thank you

The hotel room is clean and tidy. Having Big Wardrobe inside the hotel room helps to keep our staff tightly. Price is quite ok and near local foods restaurant and old quarter. Early check in available with no extra fee if rooms are available.
