Best rating hotel around the area and it really fit the expectations! Services are good all around. The only below expectation is breakfast. They can do better job on meal selection and menu arrangement. The only spotlight is hand pulled ramen noodle. Very good!
Hotel's location is excellent, excellent Chinese architecture. Just next to the zig zag bridge at Westlake. Staffs were helpful and polite. A must visit for 1st time visitor to Westlake!
Nice spot to stay as its located besides Xihu lake. Great way to enjoy the view day and night. The hotel is well maintained but rooms are smoking room. Ambience : 4/5 Bed : 4/5 Design : 4/5 Food : 4/5 Price. : 4/5 Service : 4/5
