The worst experience ever. Imagine I called them to reserve a room for 2 persons. They told me that it is available and everything is ok (I asked them to pay by sending money through Baridi Mob and they told no when you came you will pay) Then at 8:00 PM they call me to ask for change the room because that one was reserved by mistake (big bed to separate 2 beds ) I said it ok. Finally they called me you can’t came because we have some problems… Please never trust them and it my worst experience.
Horrible experience, my friend almost died because of the elevator, the food was bad (got served defrosted fried chicken), the rooms were ok, but the refrigerator doesn't work properly.The only good thing was the receptionist, the pool staff were insufferable and kept changing the closing time up. The key card system was flawed and insufficient. There was a rooster outside my window that kept waking me up at 5 am 🤦♂️. Overall a disappointing experience, hoped for better.
Worst customer service ever, i booked a room for a night online on the name of Hani hotel included all the informations. i paid .. when i arrived they didn’t want to give me any room.. cause as they said this is a third party that they don’t pay them which isn’t my problem as i paid the total amount on the name of the hotel.. really disappointed
