Hanioti Grandotel Hotel

Take a hard pass. You won't regret your decision. If you do decide to stay here though you may regret. The staff is nice and friendly but that's all. Sink problems 1st day and the last day of the stay the AC just gave up. No amount of tips, offerings or bribes could save it. I could keep writing but there's no point. The actual stars of the hotel should be bo more than 2*. That's it. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

We stayed at Hanioti Grand Otel expecting a 4-star hotel, but it was far from it. The rooms were dirty, worn-out, and poorly maintained. The air conditioning didn’t work, even though it was listed as included. When we asked at reception, we were told it was central and couldn't be turned on just for our room. No solution was offered. The food was extremely bland, badly cooked, and tasted old. What made things worse was the attitude of the reception staff — they were rude and unhelpful. When we asked for assistance, they told us that “for the price we paid, we shouldn't expect more.” We were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Terrible experience, awful rooms, below average quality of meals. The beach has sharp rocks and you can easily cut yourself and get hurt. The only good thing is the location.
