Hannong Hotel & Wine Bar

We recently hosted a lunch reception for a group of around 25 people at the Hannong Hotel and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was elegant, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for an intimate gathering. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly — from the initial planning stages to the final moments of the event. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. The desserts, in particular, were absolutely delicious and a highlight for many of our guests. We also truly appreciated the team’s flexibility and willingness to accommodate last-minute changes — it made the planning process much less stressful. A very special thank you to Arnaud and the entire team for their professionalism, warmth, and outstanding service. Everyone appreciated the attentive care and hospitality throughout the event. The ambiance was both relaxed and refined, making it an ideal setting for socializing and celebrating. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to host a private event or reception. We were extremely pleased and look forward to returning in the future!

Charming old building with loads of character! I stayed in a single room and it was the most functional ‘capsule’-style hotel room I’ve ever experienced—everything was thoughtfully designed to make the most of the space. Very neat and clean throughout, with friendly and welcoming staff. The central location is a huge plus—less than a 10-minute walk to the stunning Notre Dame Cathedral and the picturesque old town of Petite France. Some noise from neighboring rooms did come through, but it wasn't too bothersome. I spent most of my time outside exploring the city, so for a few hours of rest and sleep, the room was more than adequate. Perfect base for exploring Strasbourg on foot. Recommended!

Great hotel and well placed in the city. Service excellent and staff very helpful. Breakfast good value with lots of choice. The four stars for room was only for the fact we could hear the heating system at night (dripping water). Reception explained it could be turned off so we should have asked! Otherwise a quiet room; windows well insulated.
