Hanoi Bella Rosa Hotel & Travel

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Bella Rosa in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Alice and David who went beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They recommended some fantastic places to eat, from traditional Vietnamese street food to delicious fine dining experiences. Their insider knowledge really improved our trip and we appreciated their warm hospitality. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Hanoi, look no further than Hotel Bella Rosa. Great location, friendly & caring staff. Beds were comfortable, clean rooms, good AC. We stayed here when typhoon wipha made its way through the city. It was scary but the staff kept us up to date on current weather conditions & always had umbrellas on hand for us to borrow. Special shout out to Grace for making us feel at home & being so kind. Our kids loved the breakfast.

Gorgeous views and incredible service! My husband and I stopped by the sky bar at Bella Rosa Hotel & Spa for a drink, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our time in Hanoi! The views are absolutely stunning…the perfect spot to relax and take in the city from above. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, who kindly guided us to the correct floor, and once we arrived, Bin, the bartender, made our experience unforgettable. He was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, truly top notch hospitality. Highly recommend stopping by for a drink, even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The service, ambiance, and views are worth it!
